10 oz Tempe, cut to ½ ince cubes
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
3 tbsp red wine
½ cup olive oil
Heat olive oil, and stir fry tempe cubes till crisp on the outside, add all ingredients and stir well.
Ready to be used as pizza topings, mixed with Marinara sauce and served with your favorite pasta or in lasagna.
